Now that we know how to build a biological sales team with Chris Thrasher’s three characteristics, we turn to answering… how do we innovate this sales team?
As Chris mentioned in the previous article, one main characteristic a team member needs to have is an understanding of how to overcome obstacles in their path — namely, that big word “NO.” As a company, we were impacted, as were many, by COVID-19 throughout the year 2020. The impact forced us to become innovative and make sure we didn’t let obstacles block our path to success. Our sales team accepted a difficult challenge and preceded to find different ways to help our growers succeed.
