Meet Joe

Since I was raised on a dairy farm in Elkins, West Virginia, I have always had a passion for agriculture and farming. I received a bachelor’s degree in Plant and Soil Science from West Virginia University and also have an academic background in accounting.

My career began in 1996 when I worked in Agriculture Seed Sales Management. Through two regional seed companies, Doebler’s Inc. and T.A. Seeds, I managed a network of seed dealerships, particularly corn and forage seed, for over 20 years. Prior to Agrauxine, I worked with the Barenbrug Forage Team for nine years. In the beginning, I led the Northeast Forage Territory and more recently was responsible for the Barenbrug’s Professional Forage Sales Team and Customer Service Department, covering the U.S. and Canadian markets. With a mindset of taking care of the ones who take care of me, I pride myself in always putting my customers first.

I currently reside in Elkins, West Virginia with my wife, Debbie. We have two sons, Joseph and Seth. Outside of work, my hobbies include hunting, hiking and fishing.
